Ανακοινωθέντα της Ιεράς Συνόδου
Η Δ.Ι.Σ. για το ανακοινωθέν της Εκκλησίας της Βουλγαρίας(15/12/2017).
Η Διαρκής Ιερά Σύνοδος της Εκκλησίας της Ελλάδος, κατά τη Συνεδρία της 14ης Δεκεμβρίου λήγοντος έτους, εξ αφορμής του Ανακοινωθέντος της Ιεράς Συνόδου της Βουλγαρικής Εκκλησίας, ασχολήθηκε με την απόφαση αυτής να αποδεχθεί στις 29 Νοεμβρίου 2017 το αίτημα της σχισματικής Εκκλησίας της «Μακεδονίας» και να αναλάβει ρόλο «μητρός Εκκλησίας» εκείνης.
Κατόπιν αυτού, η Διαρκής Ιερά Σύνοδος εκφράζει την ανησυχία Της για το γεγονός της επεμβάσεως της Εκκλησίας της Βουλγαρίας με την ενέργεια αυτή σε δικαιοδοσία άλλης Ορθόδοξης Εκκλησίας, δηλαδή της Εκκλησίας της Σερβίας, πράξη η οποία αντίκειται στους Ιερούς Κανόνες και την Παράδοση της Εκκλησίας, παραθεωρεί το κανονικό δικαίωμα και τον υπερέχοντα ρόλο του Οικουμενικού Πατριαρχείου και ενδέχεται να αποτελέσει απαρχή δυσχερών εξελίξεων.
Η Διαρκής Ιερά Σύνοδος, εύχεται να επικρατήσει σύνεση και η απόφαση της Αδελφής Εκκλησίας της Βουλγαρίας να μην οριστικοποιηθεί τελικώς.

THE STANDING HOLY SYNOD OF THE CHURCH OF GREECE ON THE COMMUNIQUÉ OF THE CHURCH OF BULGARIA REGARDING THE CHURCH OF FYROM (15.12.2017)
During its Session of December 14, 2017, on the occasion of a Communiqué issued by the Holy Synod of the Bulgarian Church, the Standing Holy Synod of the Church of Greece discussed the decision of the Bulgarian Church on November 29, 2017 to accept a request by the Schismatic “Church of Macedonia” that the Bulgarian Church assume the part of its "Mother Church."
Hence, the Standing Holy Synod of the Church of Greece expresses its concern about the interference of the Church of Bulgaria, by means of the aforementioned act, in the jurisdiction of another Orthodox Church, namely the Church of Serbia. This act goes against the Sacred Canons and the Tradition of the Orthodox Church, disregards the canonical right and the preponderant part of the Ecumenical Patriarchate and may give rise to troublesome developments.
The Standing Holy Synod wishes that prudence may prevail, and that the decision of the Sister Church of Bulgaria may not be finalized eventually.
